The more useful question is whether that hardware produces consistently even frying in independent testing.

The Dual Blaze is not the COSORI TurboBlaze, COSORI Dual Basket, Dual Blaze TwinFry, Pro III model variants with materially different regional specifications, or the smaller COSORI Pro LE family. Its verified U.S. identity is 6.8 qt / 6.4 L, 1,750 W, 120 V / 60 Hz, with a 175°F–400°F temperature range.
Hungry Bangla did not physically test the COSORI Dual Blaze. This review synthesizes COSORI's current product page and documentation, RTINGS exact-model CAF-P583S testing, and TechGearLab hands-on observations. No numeric Hungry Bangla rating is assigned.
Design, dimensions, and 6.8-quart capacity
COSORI lists the Dual Blaze at 6.8 qt / 6.4 L, with a rated 1,750 W input on 120 V / 60 Hz power. Manufacturer dimensions are 11.7 × 12.9 × 13.8 inches and weight is 13.7 lb. The owner documentation calls for 5 inches / 13 cm of space behind and above the appliance, plus enough clearance to remove the basket.
RTINGS measured a 6.8-quart chamber, 76.9 in² of basket floor, and 3.6 inches of chamber height. Its measured exterior dimensions are 13.7 inches high × 11.7 inches wide × 15.3 inches deep. Those laboratory measurements are oriented differently from COSORI's listed dimensions and should not be treated as a direct conflict.

How Dual Blaze and 360 ThermoIQ work
COSORI calls the Dual Blaze arrangement 360 ThermoIQ Technology. Its product page says dual heating elements and automatic temperature control cook both sides of food evenly without needing to shake or flip. That is COSORI's manufacturer claim, not a Hungry Bangla finding.
RTINGS identifies one heating element above the cooking chamber, where the fan is located, and another below. Two-sided heating is therefore a real design distinction, but the fan remains associated with the upper element. The appliance is a single basket rather than two independently controlled zones.
Does it really reduce shaking?
The dual-heater design is intended to reduce the need for shaking or flipping, but independent standardized testing does not support treating it as a guarantee of perfectly even cooking. RTINGS' fry test found 65.6% crispy, 25.0% undercooked, and 9.4% overcooked fries. The independent results show that the dual-heater design does not guarantee uniform browning across a full batch, so cooks should still check food and shake or turn it when the result calls for it.
Twelve named functions and cooking controls
COSORI markets 12 named functions: Chicken, Steak, Seafood, Veggies, Fries, Frozen, Air Fry, Reheat, Broil, Roast, Bake, and Keep Warm. Its manual supplies default time and temperature values for each and says users can customize cooking functions within the appliance's general 175°F–400°F and 1–60-minute range.
RTINGS groups seven adjustable cooking-method presets in its testing: Air Fry, Reheat, Roast, Keep Warm, Bake, Broil, and Frozen. The difference appears to reflect food-specific presets versus broader cooking-method categories, but COSORI does not explicitly define RTINGS' grouping. It would be misleading to present all 12 named buttons as separately verified heating architectures.

RTINGS exact-model performance
RTINGS tested the COSORI Dual Blaze 6.8qt CAF-P583S using Methodology v1.0.2. It measured a 3,000–3,090 RPM fan-speed range and a 1,580 W maximum power draw. That very narrow measured span is not comparable to a broad variable-airflow design such as the TurboBlaze.

RTINGS measured a quick 2:44 trip to 400°F and a 16:38 time to 45% moisture loss. Its 3:31 recovery after food was added and 52°F temperature variation at 400°F are important limits: RTINGS describes meaningful fluctuation after recovery rather than precision temperature stability.
Fry uniformity and dual-heater results
RTINGS found that most of the standardized fry batch became crispy, but one quarter remained undercooked while a smaller share had already overcooked. The result supports calling the Dual Blaze capable of making mostly crisp fries, not calling it perfectly even or saying that it never needs shaking.
TechGearLab's hands-on testing offers a separate, non-standardized perspective. It reported juicy chicken, crunchy onion rings, easy cleaning, and accurate temperature behavior in its tests. It also found weaker sweet-potato fries and donuts, and described the display/control responsiveness as a downside. These are its hands-on observations, not RTINGS-style laboratory measurements or guarantees for every batch.
VeSync app and smart features
The Dual Blaze requires VeSync account setup for its connected features. The app supports remote monitoring and adjustment, COSORI recipe transfer, custom and saved recipes, and voice commands through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. COSORI also advertises Scan-to-Cook packaged-food instructions in the United States.
Remote start is blocked for safety and UL compliance. The useful description is therefore app-connected monitoring and adjustment, rather than unrestricted remote control. Some functions depend on an account, Wi-Fi connection, and applicable third-party or cloud services.
Cleaning and coating
COSORI describes the basket and crisper plate as aluminum with nonstick coating.
RTINGS identifies the tested Dual Blaze crisper plate as PTFE-coated.

This review does not call the current Dual Blaze PTFE-free, PFAS-free, PFOA-free, ceramic, or non-toxic because COSORI does not verify those coating-chemistry claims in the documentation reviewed here.
Contextual alternative: COSORI TurboBlaze
RTINGS considers the COSORI TurboBlaze the more versatile option because it offers a substantially wider temperature range and measured fan-speed range, although the two models emphasize different features. RTINGS measures the TurboBlaze at 6.0 qt advertised / 6.3 qt measured, with 75.5 in² of basket floor, a 90°F–450°F range, and a 1,000–3,600 RPM fan range. The Dual Blaze has a slightly larger 6.8-quart chamber, dual heating elements, VeSync features, and a faster 2:44 preheat; however, RTINGS found 81.2% crispy fries for TurboBlaze versus 65.6% for Dual Blaze.
